We have over thirty years experience of letting and managing residential property within a 20-25 mile radius of Bury St Edmunds (including Stowmarket, Thetford, Mildenhall, Brandon, and all outlying villages and sizeable towns). We maintain the highest professional standards in all aspects of property management.

Importantly, we do not sell houses, so we can concentrate entirely on letting and management. Our advice is completely independent.

Insurance

Tenants entering into a tenancy agreement will be required to provide proof of contents insurance, which must include accidental cover for landlord's fixtures and fittings.
