We have over thirty years experience of letting and managing residential property within a 20-25 mile radius of Bury St Edmunds (including Stowmarket, Thetford, Mildenhall, Brandon, and all outlying villages and sizeable towns). Tenants entering into a tenancy agreement will be required to provide proof of contents insurance, which must include accidental cover for landlord's fixtures and fittings.
