Tenants entering into a tenancy agreement will be required to provide details of their contents insurance which must include accidental cover for landlord's fixtures and fittings. Where tenants are unable to provide such insurance then this can be arranged through our office.
We are also able to provide landlords with building insurance.

Where tenants are unable to provide adequate insurance then this can be arranged for as little as £90 per annum. For further information on the policy, please view the various PDF documents listed below.

Landlords
Landlords who are seeking building insurance for let property are requested to view details of the specially designed policy, which provides insurance cover up to £500,000 rebuilding costs. The premium is based simply on the number of bedrooms per house.
