Importantly, we do not sell houses, so we can concentrate entirely on lettings and management. Our advice is completely independent.

Landlords are well advised to ensure that their property is adequately insured including cover for loss of rent in the event of the property becoming un-inhabitable as the result of an insured loss and limited contents cover for any fixtures and fittings at the property (eg carpets, curtains and cooker). Level of Service Offered
Let Only Fee: £420 to £660 per letting
Management Fee: our Standard Management Fee is 12% (10% plus VAT) of the gross rent collected
Letting Fee: (where the Property is also subject to management by Hazells):

Project Management Fee: dependent upon the extent and value of the works
